- Our volunteer opportunities are as varied as the volunteers themselves.
These volunteers help create a positive first impression by scheduling appointments, greeting patients, monitoring the waiting room, backing up the call center, and helping patients with paperwork.
Knitters & Crocheters
Volunteers around the county knit or crochet hats and booties for our clients. Every patient who has a positive pregnancy test is offered a chance to choose a hat or a pair of booties for her baby. These can establish a direct link between the patient and her baby and sometimes help her choose Life!
Help us use our resources to meet our mission to save lives by volunteering your services as a handy man so that we don’t have to spend money to fix minor issues around the center.
Seventy to eighty percent of men come to the center with the mom for either the initial visit or the ultrasound. The role of the male volunteer is to empower men to be Godly fathers and leaders of the home. We are looking for male volunteers to facilitate video driven classes (1-2 hour shift), and/or meet men at their initial visit (2-4 hour shift) and who have a love for the Lord and a desire to mentor young men. Seventy percent of all prisoners and eighty percent of all rapists come from fatherless homes. Fatherless homes produce seventy-one percent of all high school dropouts and sixty-three percent of all teen suicides. Won’t you help us meet this incredible need in our community! Due to an overwhelming response, we are not taking applications at this time! Please check back at a later date.
Patient Care Advocates
These specially-trained volunteers initially work with our patients and their families as they make their pregnancy decision. They share accurate information about adoption and parenting as well as abstinence until marriage, spiritual guidance and post-abortion recovery. Our male volunteers are mentors to the fathers of the babies, and teach classes inclusive of Intro to Hope and classes geared specifically to men.
Baby Boutique Process Room Volunteers
These volunteers coordinate our inventory and distribution of donated baby clothing, baby equipment, supplies, and maternity items. They also assist our clients with their shopping needs.
Mentoring Program – Embrace Grace
Who is Embrace Grace?
How great would it be if we were able to send girls to a Pro-Love church who would embrace them with grace and love? Embrace Grace is a 10-12 week discipleship program that helps equip new moms to be strong in the Lord while taken on motherhood whether through single-motherhood or by co-parenting with the father. You, as a mentor, will be able to strengthen the relationships you have with our clients even more by walking alongside them through the Embrace Grace program. This program will allow you and the Body of Christ to minister to women who are desperately searching for a Savior.
This is where we can speak into their lives and hearts that will have an impact for generations to come! Due to an overwhelming response, we are not taking applications at this time! Please check back at a later date.
Our nurses provide evidence-based medical services and education to our patients to aid them in making an informed decision. The nurses also perform pregnancy tests, and limited STI testing to qualifying individuals.
We need RDMS technicians and RNs trained in ultrasonography to preform limited ultrasounds in order to verify a viable pregnancy, calculate the gestational age, and show life to our patients.
Are you a prayer warrior? Join our on-site prayer team! We would love to have every shift covered in prayer, with someone lifting up our patients, staff, and volunteers by name to our Heavenly Father.
